The EES and its technical appendices were released on 5 July
2004. The documents may be viewed and downloaded from this page (see
tables of links below).
Because the reports are so large, they have been separated into a
number of pdf documents. However, it should be recognised that some
of these pdfs are still very large and will take some time to
download.
The EES is listed in the table immediately below and its
