About the EES Panel Inquiry
The independent panel which conducted the inquiry into the
Environment Effects Statement (EES) was appointed by the
Minister for Planning and administered by Planning Panels
Victoria.
The panel sat between 21 September and 17 December 2004 to
hear submissions and consider the environmental effects and
issues raised in the EES.
The panel issued documents in relation to the inquiry and
the Port of Melbourne Corporation (PoMC) and other interested
parties made submissions and presentations to the inquiry.
This site contains a list of documents (PDF, 100kb)
tendered to the panel during its hearings by the PoMC and
third parties. Some of these documents are available for
inspection on this site.
However, not all documents were tendered to the panel in
electronic form. The definitive hard copy record of panel
documents can be inspected at the offices of Planning Panels
Victoria.
