Ground
Visible outcomes of works:
Turbid plumes can expect to be seen in the vicinity of dredging
works.
Please maintain a safe distance from dredging equipment at all
times. For information on restricted access areas around vessels

Dredging
works: Dredging
of clay is occurring in Port
Melbourne Channel between Kp10.7 and Kp18.6. For location
of KP's (Kilometre Points) please click here.

Dredged
material will be placed in the Port of Melbourne Dredged Material Ground.
A sweep bar and tugboat are
being used in the Port Melbourne Channel.
These work independent of the Queen of the
Netherlands.
