South East Dredge Material Ground (Material from Entrance)
Port of Melbourne Dredge Material
Ground, Confined Aquatic Disposal Facility (Material from Yarra River)
Visible outcomes of works: Turbid
plumes can be expected in the vicinity of dredging works.
Please maintain a safe distance from dredging equipment at all
times. For information on restricted access areas around vessels

Dredging
works: Grab dredge, the Goomai, is
scheduled to continue dredging works south of the West Gate
Bridge in the Yarra River today (29/4).
Throughout the project, the dredge will carry out selected
dredging works around existing underwater services and
docks.
Dredged material will be placed
in the Port of Melbourne Dredged Material
Ground.
